Highlights of the 2023 Greek Charter Yacht Show (2023)

Hosted by the Greek Yachting Association, the 2023 Mediterranean Yacht Show in Nafplion, known as MEDYS, is the largest international charter yacht show. During the five-day event, 29 April to 3 May, the team from Luxury Charter Group inspected the entire fleet, reconnecting with the Captains and crews of these superb vessels, noting their upgrades, refits and new equipment and amenities on board.

Set against the picturesque harbour front of this historic port with its Medieval town and ancient fortress, this year’s edition showcased 100 luxury charter yachts, monohull and multihull, power and sail, from 19m to 94m.

Our fact-finding was interspersed with social events and lunches on board, so we could gather a full sense of each charter yacht’s strengths and specialities. We are then confident to pass on to our valued clients the true character of the vessels we recommend for your charter vacation.

O’PTASIA

O’EVA

This stylish and sophisticated motor yacht combines sleek lines with luxurious interiors to create an unforgettable charter experience. With spacious decks, a Jacuzzi, and a range of water toys, O'EVA is perfect for those seeking adventure and relaxation in equal measure. There’s accommodation for up to 12 charter guests in eight cabins, including a half-deck master stateroom with ensuite, office and 180-degree observation lounge with sensational views that can be turned into a double cabin with separate ensuite.

MADO

MADO is a yacht that seamlessly blends classic elegance with contemporary style. With a focus on comfort and entertainment, she features spacious outdoor areas, a well-appointed interior, and an array of water toys for guests to enjoy. MADO accommodates 11 guests in five staterooms, including a generous master suite on the main deck, comprising king-sized bed, flatscreen TV, chaise lounge, separate office and ensuite with his and hers basins and large shower.

MAMMA MIA

As the name suggests, MAMMA MIA is a yacht that will leave you in awe. With a chic and modern design, this vessel offers luxurious accommodations, expansive deck spaces, and a dedicated crew committed to providing an exceptional charter experience. There are six cabins for up to 12 charter guests aboard MAMMA MIA. The tranquil master stateroom is located on the main deck and comprises queen bed with sumptuous linen and a skylight with retractable shade for enjoying the stars above.

JOURNEY

True to its name, JOURNEY promises an unforgettable voyage through the Greek islands. With a sleek and sporty profile, this motor yacht offers a range of amenities, including a Jacuzzi, spacious cabins, and a stylishly appointed interior. On the main deck, the master stateroom boasts panoramic views through the bow, direct access to the foredeck, office, chaise lounge and large ensuite. There are four additional cabins, including VIP suite, a double cabin, and two twin cabins that can convert to doubles.

OURANOS

Boasting contemporary design and luxurious amenities, OURANOS is a yacht that combines elegance with comfort. From the inviting outdoor spaces to the beautifully furnished interiors, this vessel is designed to provide a memorable charter experience. OURANOS’ six spacious cabins showcase a timeless design combining practicality and style to comfortably sleep 12 guests in absolute tranquility.

ALMA

ALMA, a 18.78m Fountaine Pajot catamaran, offers sleek design and innovative features, boasting ample deck space, including a large flybridge, perfect for relaxing and enjoying panoramic views of the surrounding seas.Step on board ALMA and be greeted by a modern and inviting interior, with comfortable accommodation for up to eight guests in four beautifully appointed cabins, each with ensuite facilities. The master suite is particularly impressive, with its own private access to the forward deck, providing a serene retreat for relaxation.

DAIQUIRI

Brand new in 2022, luxury charter yacht DAIQUIRI is an elegant and lavishly-appointed 67ft (20.55m). With her massive 33ft (10m) beam, DAIQUIRI is spacious on deck and inside. Her expansive foredeck with lounge area, sunpads and twin trampolines is ideal for socialising and relaxing under the Mediterranean sunshine while cruising under sail.There are four double and one twin with bunks, each cabin with ensuite. The décor is fresh and chic using light timber panelling, subtle LED lighting and luxury bed linens and accessories.

NADAMAS

An exquisite 67ft (20m) Hanse 675, NADAMAS is a yacht that captures the essence of Greek hospitality and charm.
